This is David Fielding, the actor behind the iconic “Zordon.” Fun fact: they only ever actually “filmed” Zordon for one day, in one shot, putting him in a bald cap and then recycling the same ten minutes of Zordon-speak every time he appeared in the original series. Mr. Fielding would only come in to record dialogue, while the budget-friendly producers on the show didn’t need to worry about the words actually syncing with Zordon’s lip movements thanks to his blurry and distorted appearance. Mr. Fielding is actually a very friendly guy and welcoming to the PR fandom even all this time later—he has a youtube page, go check it out.
